This monthly membership includes access to all pre-recorded content including one new video upload per week. All pre-recorded content includes all videos from 10min - 60+ min in length with a variety of styles such as: Breathwork and Meditation Practices, Hatha, Core Strengthening Practices, Mobility Exercises, Mobility Flows, Creative Flows, Slow Flows, Yin, Mobilizing Yin and Power Vinyasa with each class being very different, focusing on specific body parts, breathwork, healing mantras and chakra healing. You have a 14 day trial period with this membership and can cancel during this trial period without getting charged. Please be sure to read the Terms and Privacy policies before purchasing. Monthly memberships are non-refundable. Once you’ve past the 14 day trial period, you won’t be refunded if you wish to cancel within that month. You can still cancel your membership to avoid getting charged for the next month.

Month to month memberships can be cancelled directly through your account, through your app or by emailing me at jenarenwick@gmail.com. 

Please ensure 1 weeks notice, prior to your next payment date for cancellations of memberships.

Yearly memberships are not able to be put on hold.

Yearly memberships are non-refundable. Once you’ve past the 14 day trial and you wish to cancel your yearly membership you can still cancel, but you won’t be refunded for the amount unless there is an emergency or a medical reason. In the case of an emergency or medical reason, you can email jenarenwick@gmail.com.
