Awaken all your energy centers in your main Chakra system in connection with the body parts associated with them in this 10 Class 20min Energy Healing & Mobility package. We'll begin and end with an energy healing practice to awaken, heal and balance the specific chakra that we're working with in connection with the body parts that are being mobilized. We'll work from the Root Chakra up to the Crown Chakra ending the series with a 20min Mobility Flow class, weaving in all that we've learned into a creative flow sequence. Each class tailors to a specific body part with creative, easy mobility exercises that you can bring into your daily practice for deeper connection and stability within your body, mind and soul.

You can watch the series in which ever order you prefer, but definitely save the Mobility Flow practice for last! Great for all levels. A strap and a block are suggested.
